Your Diary Is Full But Your Numbers Are Fuzzy

Without a single financial view, owners piece things together from bank feeds and front desk memory. That makes it hard to spot underperforming services, have honest conversations about capacity, or chase outstanding balances before they become write-offs.

Feature breakdown

Live Performance

Revenue That Matches the Calendar

Slice payments across any date range, chart trends by day, week, or month, and break totals down by service, staff member, and payment type. Outstanding balances on upcoming bookings are visible in the same view so nothing slips through.

Deeper Analytics

Staff and Service Intelligence

Dedicated views show staff performance including how well their availability is being used, service throughput and yield, client behaviour, and booking patterns. Decisions get made on what is actually happening in the business, not on gut feel.

Audit-Ready Files

Exports on Demand

Pull revenue, staff, or service data for any date range you are already viewing and continue the analysis in Excel, Google Sheets, or whichever tool your finance team prefers.

How it works

  1. 1

Pick your date range and rollup

Choose a preset or custom window and whether you want daily, weekly, or monthly totals. The dashboard refreshes around that selection immediately.

  2. 2

    Review and drill down

Scan headline metrics, trends, and breakdowns. Open the advanced views for a closer look at staff utilisation and service performance.

  3. 3

Export when you need the raw data

Download a report for revenue, staff, or services and hand it to whoever needs it. No reformatting, no manual pulling together from multiple places.

FAQ

Still have questions? Our team can help you get set up with confidence.

Who can access finances and run exports?

Finance access is permission-controlled, so only the roles that should see revenue data can view and download it.

Can I export a PDF profit and loss?

Exports are currently CSV only. Your accountant or finance partner can open these directly in Excel or Google Sheets for any further analysis they need.

Is this the same as exporting a client record?

No. Financial reports cover revenue and operational data. Client record exports are a separate feature with their own permissions and audit requirements.
