What happens when a client cancels or I free up a slot?

For services with waitlist enabled, the freed slot is matched to waiting clients based on their preferences and your priority rules. Eligible clients receive an invitation with a direct path to book.

Can one person take every opening?

No. Each client can hold one active waitlist entry per service, and there are limits on how many active entries they can have at once. The queue stays fair for everyone.
