    Booking confirmed automatically

What if we have not finished setting up payments yet?

Checkout will not open. The platform blocks the session until your payment account is fully ready, so no client is ever sent down a broken path.

Can clients use a promo code, loyalty points, or gift card at checkout?

Yes. All of these apply at checkout and reduce the amount due. If they bring the total to zero, the session switches to card save only so a payment method is still captured.

How are refunds handled?

Refunds process through Stripe and update the booking record at the same time, so your admin view always reflects what actually happened. No manual reconciliation needed.
